A crazy man Allegedly a woman stabbed in the neck She had a fragment of glass as she walked around Soho, a Ritzy shopping district in Manhattan on Monday afternoon.
The victim was a 25-year-old woman and the police detained an interested person, a New York City Police Department A (NYPD) spokesman told Fox News Digital.
Police did not share further information about those interested.
A 911 caller reported an ongoing attack at about 3 p.m.

When officers arrived at the scene near 480 Bloom Street, they found the woman with a stab wound on her neck. Authorities transported her to a nearby hospital.

“A woman is about to be robbed of her schoolbag as far as I know… He went to another lady, cut her and chopped her down with a glass, and ran to the street and then ran to the block,” said a bystander in the area.
Bystanders further described the victim as “really pale.” He also said he heard a woman screaming for help.
