You also need to make sure that your location and Bluetooth settings are enabled.
On iPhone:
- Open settings > Privacy and Security > Location Services. Switch from there Location Services and Find my iPhone. Then, go System Services And open Important position.
- Next, go settings > Bluetooth And switch Bluetooth.
On Android:
- Open settings > Place And switch Use location,,,,, Wi-Fi Scan or Bluetooth scanning. Turn on Bluetooth by going settings > Bluetooth And switch Bluetooth.
