An old woman in the southeast Wyoming hospitalized by bird officials, states by state health officials.
This is the state First human case to type an H5N1 Influenzaspreading through animals and some people. Nearly 70 people in the US reported infected with Bird Flu last year, according to data from disease centers for disease and constraints and studies as likely an undercount.
The woman had a backyard herd in chickens who were sick and died, a cdc spokesman Saturday. The State Health Department tells that the woman, living in platte county, wyoming, possibly direct contact with the herd. It is said that he also has other health conditions and hospitalized in another state.
