Who is the tattooed man found unconscious in downtown L.A.? Hospital asks for public’s help

A Los Angeles hospital is seeking public help to identify a man who was injured after being hit by a car in downtown Los Angeles last week.

According to Dignity Health, the man was described as a descendant of the Middle East or Latino from the mid-1930s to the early 1940s. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, a person who fits the description hit a car in the 250 block of 67th Street on Thursday around 8:45 p.m.

He was found unconscious on the street and a Los Angeles Police Department officer asked for an ambulance. There is no information on which type of vehicle hit the man or whether there was a witness, LAPD said.
