Monahan told The New York Post’s Alexa Magazine This week, she, husband Peter White, and their two children return to Iowa to meet her parents every summer. Even though her pigs wrestled in the past, she told the media that time in her hometown is more likely to be “out there to drink beer, play with cornholes, lightning bugs, s’mores, that’s my jam, that’s my speed.”
While talking to Cordon seven years ago, the “Mission: Imposs” star all detailed what she had rolled in with the pigs in her early years.

Monaghan and her husband were a graphic artist who married in 2005 when her acting career was just beginning to flourish.

“I’m teaching my daughter how to drive in the town I grew up, like a town of seven people,” she joked. “It’s chilling, not even a light. So it’s a really cool, fulfilling moment. Recognizing how far I’ve come and all the good things I have in my life.”
