The letter was obtained by Fox News Digital, written by President Trump and congratulates new citizens, while reminding recipients that they are swearing “to build a sacred bond with our country, her traditions, history, her history, culture and values.”

“Now, America is your home, you are part of a country under God’s rule,” Trump added. “You have promised the United States that your heart – in return, she has offered unlimited promise of freedom and opportunity.”

President Trump’s letter will be sent to all new citizens starting Wednesday, marking the day the Constitution was signed in Philadelphia in 1787.
