long time “Wheel of Wealth” Co-host Vanna White has some tips when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle while maintaining her appearance.
White, 68, listed several healthy tips to help her stay young, involving a strict diet and a minimal work schedule.
When the iconic game show co-host didn’t turn the letters on the Wheel of Wealth puzzle board, fans might be surprised to find how casual it is behind the 8,000 fancy dresses she has worn for decades.

In a recent appearance on “Wheels” co-host Ryan Seacrest Ihearttradio show“Ryan Seacrest aired with Ryan Seacrest,” White shared her snack.
“You already know what I eat, don’t you? …Yes, nuts,” White smiled at Seacrest, 50.
While white is usually snacking on healthy foods, she admits there is a sweet too that sometimes makes her succumb to temptation, but not completely.

“I would say they’ll have these incredible donuts when I come in the morning. It’s so hard not to eat donuts, and every once in a while I get a little donut hole. I can’t resist…but I won’t eat the whole thing,” White admitted.
The co-host of “Wheel of Wealth” also shared her favorite lunch.
“Is your favorite lunch a turkey Thanksgiving feast or something?” asked Seacrest.
White replied, “Yes, they call it ‘Bobby’. Basically, it’s a sandwich with turkey, dressing and cranberry sauce.”
“It’s hard not to eat a donut, and occasionally I’ll get a small donut. I can’t resist…but I won’t eat the whole thing.”

“It’s the second day after Thanksgiving,” Seacrest laughed.
The host of “American Idol” also told fans that he likes snacks.

“I have seed cookies that I always complain about,” Seacrest replied.
Before the two co-hosts entered the stage of “Wheel of Wealth,” he added that they usually check each other’s teeth to make sure there is no food before on the camera. But this doesn’t always work.
“I said to Varner backstage, ‘Does there be sesame on my teeth?’ She said to me, ‘Does there be lipstick on my teeth? ”
He added: “Whether there is, because the door is already open, we won’t save each other anyway…seed biscuits and salmon are what I eat in the middle.”

Although White is disciplined by diet, her lightweight working schedule may also play a major role in helping to stay charming.

Last month, when it appeared”Elvis Duran and the morning performance“Nate Marino, White’s co-host on Radio Broadcast, told her he didn’t know until recently that the hit series didn’t air every night.
“We are shooting 34 days a year,” White said. “That’s it. ”
“but [we film] Six performances a day. Come on, you might feel bad about me. ” When the owner was surprised, she added.
“I don’t feel sorry for you at all,” Duran quipped. “This sounds great.”
“These are six different dresses,” yelled co-host Danielle Monaro.
“Yes,” White said with a smile.

For decades, TV personality has never repeated a piece of clothing until an instance of 2020 due to production errors.
White revealed in “Air with Ryan Seacrest” that she would rather sweat than clothes from her everyday life.
Seacrest started chatting when one of the owners asked White if she liked wearing a dress on weekends.

He said: “Can I answer for her? She likes to wear ugg and sweat…you will never see her in the wild or on weekends.”
“We actually wore the same clothes on our way to work: jeans…uggs and a sweatshirt. When you go further you don’t know who is who.’Vanna, Ryan?!'”
With the co-host of Wheel of Wealth co-hosts who won over 8,000 episodes on stage and wore thousands of clothes throughout her outstanding career, she revealed that none of them actually belonged to her.
“You own the dresses, do you rent them, can you keep them?” asked the radio host. White smiled and replied, “No, no, no, nothing is above.”

White worked hard on all these gorgeous dresses to make them feel good.
Last October, White showed off her arms in a dress, high heels and full makeup.
“Look, I’m wearing a lot of sleeveless dresses, so I have to keep my muscles stretched,” she laughed as she lifted her weights up to her head.
She handed the weight to Seacrest: “Let’s see how you do it.”
Seacrest exercised in his suit as he lifted the dumbbells and showed some new moves in white.
“Just some pre-workout!” White’s Instagram subtitle reading.

“Wheel of Wealth” premiered on TV in 1975. Pat Sajak started hosting in 1981, and he was joined by co-host White the following year.
In June 2023, former long-time host Sajak announced that he would resign.

Sajak’s retirement marks the end of the 42 years of hosting the show. After the announcement, Seacrest was officially named his replacement.
“Wheel of Wealth” co-host White then signed a contract that will keep her performing for the 2025-2026 season.
