If Oswald fired Kennedy as directed and ordered by Cuba and/or the Soviet Union, it is unclear what role their instructions to Oswald could play. Oswald had tested his mail-machine rifle in his home in Dallas in Miss Edwin Walker’s narrow mail. When Oswald was in Mexico City, Kennedy had no known plans in Dallas.
Any escape from a future crime scene will be (as per Oswald’s practice) rather than in a vacation car provided by his puppet master. Kennedy’s route was not known until the night before the assassination. (Oswald got his book storage work from his neighbors before any planned trip to Texas at Kennedy International Airport (JFK).)

Jack Ruby leads the life of a little mafia character. He has few friends and has a bad temper. According to various conspiracy theories, Ruby was stolen by the assassination of puppets (Mafia?) to eliminate Oswald before he could sprinkle beans (in who?). Ruby is well known to the Dallas Police Department, which would have given him a slim opening to kill Oswald.

If Ruby is part of the (Mafia) plan to silence Oswald, there are obvious flaws in the plan. Oswald has been interrogating police headquarters since the afternoon of November 22. Despite his appeal to lawyers, he has no legal advice.

Ruby did not change his story during this period. His motivation (announced Oswald’s death) was that he could not let Oswald “get rid of it”. He needs to show that “the Jews have courage.” He also testified that he wanted to save the trauma of Jackie’s Oswald trial.
