A U.S. veteran nonprofit is giving back to Ukrainian soldiers injured in battle or Russian soldiers War camp.
According to its website, the American Warriors Partnership (AWP) is Georgia’s 501C3, which attempts to address the mental health challenges of veterans.

“The American Warrior Partnership is a nonprofit organization for national veterans,” Lorraine said. “Our focus is Meet Veterans Across the country, learn what they need on the one hand and then connect them to local and national resources on the other to improve their quality of life so that they have a quality life so that suicide is not something they consider. ”
AWP recently partnered with Metinvest, a group of steel and mining companies operating in the United States and Ukraine and is the largest company in Ukraine to help transition to thousands of employees who return to their employees on the frontline.

Metinvest hired AWP directly to conduct this program to ensure that Ukrainian veterans are not used to assist Ukrainian veterans. The collaboration operates entirely with Metinvest’s resources and strengthens commitment to veterans without the need to transfer assistance to U.S. service members.

The AWP stresses that veterans share similarities around the world, while those who return to civilian life in Ukraine benefit from the holistic approach made by U.S. service members.
