Vance celebrates ‘no more quotas’ in the military as he fires guns and visits with Marines

Vice President JD Vance When he visited the Young Marines at Quantico on Wednesday, he boasted that “there is no longer a quota”, stressing that the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policy of the previous government is no longer actually practical.

“There are no more quotas, no more ridiculous Mumbo Jumbo, and no more diversity training,” he said. “We believe the real strength and true diversity of the U.S. Marines is that everyone comes from all walks of life, every corner of the United States, and that you have the power and purpose to win the war in the country.”

The vice president claimed he saw a “new sense of patriotism” and a “commitment to excellence Military youth. ”

After speaking to a group of Marines, Vance briefly served lunch at Chow Hall and fired three different guns (M27, M107 and M240B), as well as inert howitzers and drones within the range of the gun.

Vance is three hours late, blaming the delay on an Oval Office meeting with the president Donald Trump.

“I was talking to the president in the Oval Office. I said, ‘Sir, I know we’re in something, but Quantico’s Marines are waiting for me.”

He said Trump had published his “love” and appreciation.

Quantico’s lieutenant told Fox News Digital that they were happy to see a former Marine in the White House. In Washington’s rapid shooting changes, they say that the military’s daily life has not changed much, except for the new restrictions they posted on social media.

Wednesday’s address includes Vance’s first public remarks since a report from Bombshell released the vice president’s concerns about the Houthi strike in a signal chat with other top U.S. officials. He did not answer reporters’ questions about the leaked discussion.

Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of Vance in the Atlantic Transportation in Europe The US strikes in the Red Sea far more affected than the US.

“I think we’re making mistakes,” Vance said in a message.

“3% of U.S. deals pass [Suez Canal]. 40% of European trade is indeed the case. The real risk is that the public doesn’t understand this, or why it’s necessary. As Potus said, the biggest reason for doing this is to send messages. ”

Hegseth’s hesitation for Vance resolves: “I understand your concerns – and fully support you to improve POTUS. Important considerations, most of which are difficult to know how they perform (economy, Ukraine, Ukrainian peace, Gaza, etc.). I think messaging will be tough – whoever it is – no one knows who is who – what we need to work hard is, we will work hard, we will work hard, we will work hard, we will work hard posity for nir Iran in Iran: 1) BIDER: 1) BIDER: 1) BIDER: 1) BIDER: 1) BIDER: 1) BIDER: 1) BIDER: 1) BIDER: 1) BIDER: 1) BIDER: 1).

Hegseth added: “Waiting for a few weeks or a month won’t fundamentally change the calculus. 2 Direct risks of waiting: 1) leaks, we look indecisive; 2) Israel takes action first – or Gaza stops the fire collapses – we are unwilling to start with our own opinions.”

Vance replied, “If you think we should do it, go ahead. I just hate to come back to Europe.”

Hegseth added: “VP: I totally share your dislike for European freeloading. Sadly. But Mike is right, we are the only one on Earth that can do this (on the side of the ledger) that can do it. The problem is the timing. I think it’s a good time.
