A golden dome for sale President Donald Trump One expert said how the United States protected itself from the “existent threat” of the nuclear electromagnetic pulse (EMP) strike during his campaign.
Historian William Forstchen, a New York Times bestselling author and expert at EMP, talks with Fox News Digital about how the Golden Dome provides a safety net for the dangers posed by attacks.
“The Israeli system is very effective in protecting Israel from invasion by Iran and others. This is called the Iron Dome, but it is a tactical defense system, which means it only shot down a few miles of missiles,” he said.
“But if the United States had a golden dome, it would be a strategic defense system. It would take up systems launched by the United States (intercontinental ballistic missiles) and destroy them in space before it arrives.”

At first glance, the EMP strike seems to be more of a science fiction than the facts, but Foston says the potential of such attacks was recognized decades ago.
“It’s effortless for me. We need it Strategic Defense System. It was proposed in the 1980s, but the technology is not enough now,” he said. “It can be built. We must defend the United States from EMP attacks, which could destroy us in minutes. ”
Forstchen, citing 2002 and 2008 Congressional reports, said that if an EMP strike occurs, 80%-90% of Americans will die a year later.

In doing so, Trump maintained his campaign commitment to prioritize missile defense.
“By the next semester, we will build a great iron dome in our country,” Trump said during one period. West Palm Beach Activities June 14. “We deserve a dome…it’s a missile defense shield, and it’s all made in the United States.”
During Trump’s second term fulfilling his campaign promises, there was no news, but Foston said he wanted to give it time.

“The president will take some time until we have a defense system,” he said.
EMP experts say that in 2020, the Defense Department will investigate the Golden Dome and make it a reality, but it is bound by a global pandemic and Biden’s presidency.
“We have to act quickly. We have to act this year. Don’t delay the journey for the past two or three years,” he said.

At first glance, the idea of spending billions of dollars on new technology may hesitate, Forstchen said. He compared the Golden Dome with the homeowner who bought insurance.
“We need an insurance policy to protect the United States of America,” he said. “It’s simple. Yes, it will cost. How much did we spend Green new deal Or is it based on the cost of electric vehicles? ”

Forstchen says he thinks the United States can be North Korea or Iran.
He explained: “I’m old and can remember the Cold War. There was a time when Russia and China were the biggest opponents, but the whole thing was mutually guaranteed. They fired at us, we fired at them, and no one won.” “But what about the agent or the third world player? Suppose that the North Korean madman decided to attack the United States tomorrow?
“It’s a real possibility. It’s a real threat. So I can’t see as much as Russia or China. I’ll definitely see North Korea and Iran as big players I’m worried about.”

“The car will be paralyzed. The plane may fall out of the sky. You will have a gas pipeline explosion, an overload of the nuclear reactor,” Puri told Fox Business in May 2017.
