Rescue personnel were able to recover and transport five people – two were airlifted to Staten Island University Hospital The three were taken to Coast Guard Sandy Hook.
After performing CPR, four of the five crew members did not respond. Due to these efforts, three people were declared dead, one in critical condition and the other in stable condition.
