The U.S.-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) is once again targeted by NGOs, even after it delivered 155 million meals to Gazans on Saturday.

Doctor without borders, known for its French acronym MSF,,,,, Ads have been launched that criticize GHF. Meta’s advertising library shows that in August, it ran several Facebook ads targeting the foundation. A reader,,,,, “It didn’t help. It was a well-planned killing,” another said. “In 54 years of Doctors Without Borders, we have rarely seen such systemic violence.”

Both charges came from an August 6 article on the MSF website in which director Raquel Ayora described the accounts received from patients injured around the GHF website. Ayora said the people seeking aid claimed to have witnessed “children were shot while reaching for food. People were trampled among the trampled people. The entire crowd was shot at the distribution point.”

GHF spokesman Chapin Fay called the MSF’s allegations “false and shameful”, saying it was “amplified the false propaganda campaign carefully planned by the Gaza Ministry of Health connected by Hamas. They know better. By repeating these lies, they are not helping their civilians, they are helping Hamas.”

“Never any civilian was shot dead on any of our distribution sites,” Fay told Fox News Digital.

“Almost every day, Nasser Hospital sends false reports to civilians who died near our site based on testimony from others,” Fay said. “No MSF doctor witnessed an incident near our site.”

In response to questions about whether MSF employees have witnessed injuries or deaths at GHF sites, a spokesperson told Fox News Digital, “MSF records the impact of violence and confusion based on our personnel and patients’ personnel accounts at both clinical sites, as well as the effects of violence and confusion at health care facilities.”

MSF declines to answer questions about how much it costs for advertising targeting GHF, or whether it advocates for health care Israeli hostages hijacked by Hamas.

Amid tensions between GHF and humanitarian aid groups, Fay said GHF still provided assistance to MSF in early August after it asked for help “protecting its medical aid factor.” The GHF post on X, which started on August 7, shows what it says is a tray for MSF care. MSF did not respond to Fox News Digital’s request to confirm that they asked GHF for help with their supplies.

“Three GHF employees died due to the lack of treatment at Nasser Hospital. MSF works there but claims they don’t know about this,” Fay said.

“It has been operating in Nasser since the conflict escalated in October 2023, providing trauma and burn care, physical therapy, neonatal and pediatric services, and treatment for familiar children,” MSF said in a report on August 25 after the Israeli bombing.

Since October 2023, the Defence Foundation of Democratic Countries has reported on several occasions that Hamas fighters have been operating at Nasser Hospital. On August 26, FDD senior research analyst Joe Truzman shared photos of two Hamas summons on X, and reportedly ordered individuals to come to Nasser Hospital for inquiries.

MSF did not answer questions about GHF staff not receiving care or whether employees at Nasser Hospital knew Hamas’s operations on the website.
