this US Air Force Two unmanned fighters were designed – for the first time – the historic plane will be ready to fly this summer.
US Air Force Chief of Staff David Allvin will make an exciting announcement Monday at the Air and Space Association War Symposium.
The YFQ-42A (General Atom) and YFQ-44A (Anduril) will belong to the mission design series in the Air Force Cooperative Combat Aircraft Program.
“Now we have two prototypes of cooperative fighters,” Alvin said. “They were on paper only less than a few years ago and they will be ready to fly this summer.”

Both Weiyi’s fighter, The Air Force said this represents a “critical importance to ensure the air superiority of the joint forces in future conflicts” in a similar “new generation”.
The branch said the aircraft would allow crews to be used against enemy teams in a controversial environment.

“The name of the task design series is Military Aviation World…This shows an incredible advancement in @deptofdefense’s allegation of threats to capabilities. ” Allvin wrote on X.
The general continued: “Translated into simple English: the worst air force in the world will become more lethal…Our first place is putting the warhead on the forehead!”

Alvin said the historic plane made the world aware that the United States is “inclined toward a new chapter in air war” and develops capabilities with a “Mission First” mentality.

Both jets will continue to undergo rigorous testing and evaluation Air Force and its industry partners.
“The insights gained from these efforts are critical to shaping the future of the CCA program and cementing the Air Force’s position at the forefront of Airpower Innovation,” the Air Force said.
