Denver – a South Carolina Attorneys who testified in criminal cases targeted convicted murderer Alex Murdaugh, the former lawyer and local power agent were no different from serial killer Ted Bundy.
Mark Tinsley represents the family of Mallory Beach, who died from Drinking boat crashed In 2019, in the hands of Murdaugh’s son and ultimate victim, Paul Murdaugh. He later obtained a $15 million beach family settlement from a convenience store chain that was accused of selling alcohol to underage Paul during the time of the crash.
Part of this civil lawsuit forced Alex Murdaugh to reveal his desperate financial situation, revealing his extensive financial crimes committed to helping maintain his image as a strong and wealthy community leader. Later, he pleaded guilty to these crimes.

The murder occurred a few days before the expected financial disclosure. Tinsley testified in a criminal trial against Murdaugh, saying that increasing pressure on these disclosures led to Murdaugh’s motive for killing. The former community Titan and attorney wanted to postpone the community’s disclosure and get sympathy.
Tinsley also knows Murdaugh, and many people in Hampton County, South Carolina know about 25,000 people.

“And if you’re scared…I can do something to you, you’re equally scared because there’s not a lot of opportunities in this place,” he said. “So he’ll use his friendship, but it’s always something he can get rid of for him, and I think people are aware of it now. A lot of people. I mean, he might really have some friends, but I mean, I mean, Alex cares about a person. Alex. Always.”
He described Hampton County as a place where most residents have known each other for generations and are very familiar with each other’s lives.
“Imagine your high school class, if you go to a relatively small high school, a few hundred people,” he said. “You know whose sister dates whom, you know what their parents are doing. You know when he was playing football in the ninth grade, you know everything about everyone.”
Tinsley described Murdaugh as a dishonest man who manipulated his community members and that his kindness facade was not realized by most people until after his crime exploded.

Murdo’s manipulation turned into indignation when the community’s admiration for him turned into disdain.
Tinsley compared Murdo’s attitude to that of serial killer Ted Bundy’s, who is known to be allowed to judge him by someone who is seen as his subordinate.
