Trump also claimed that on Sunday, the court had to decide whether Biden uses automatic opening to conduct executive orders and pardons mean they are invalid.
Automatic start is a device that physically holds a pen and programes to copy a person’s signature. The Office of the Justice Department’s Legal Counsel determined in 2005 that the president was allowed to sign the bill using the automatic signing bill, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit issued a ruling in February saying that the lack of “writing does not mean evidence that commuting does not happen.”
“The Constitutional text therefore remains silent on any particular form that the President’s Pleistry Act must take effective,” the Circuit said in its opinion.
Trump raised the issue of Biden using an automatic open signing of pardons in a social media post on Sunday, including some lawmakers who investigated the January 6 Capitol riot in the House Choice Committee. Trump claimed in the post that the pardon was “ineffective” and accused Biden of not knowing his signing.
Trump said in his post: “In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them, but more importantly, he knew nothing about them! He did not explain or approve the necessary pardon documents to Biden. He knew nothing about them and did commit the crime.”
A Biden spokesperson did not comment to Fox News Digital.

On March 6, The Heritage Foundation, an oversight project with the conservative think tank, released a report claiming that the report analyzed Biden’s documents and found that most documents he signed during the government used automatic start-up.

“Our findings show the widespread use of signing wide-ranging assurance throughout the competitive presidency,” the oversight program said in a memo released on March 17. This obvious usage has drawn attention to: President Biden personally authorized every official act; whether it was unelected officials; whether it was a self-selected employee who controlled the autonomous driving equipment, and whether they “acted with his approval.”
On Trump’s inauguration day, Biden signed a pardon, former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, retired General Mark Milley, was charged with treason, and a January 6 election committee investigation that investigated the attack.
Trump has historically opposed the Choice Committee and was prosecuted in August 2023 in an attempt to overturn the 2020 election results that ended up attacking the Capitol. However, after Trump won the presidential election, special lawyer Jack Smith held a case against Trump in November 2024.
