The missile has been in development for many years. Fighter believe The battle success mentioned by Zelenskyy was a Friday strike at a refinery in Tuapse, Russia, about 300 miles from the front line.

The refinery covers 60 miles from Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Black Sea in Gelendzhik.

Russia has not yet accepted the terms of the ceasefire and accelerated attacks on Ukraine after Zelensky said he agreed.
