Transgender prisoners move from women’s prison to all-male sex facility President Donald Trump The executive order requires prisoners to live in facilities corresponding to their biological gender and are now sent back to women’s prison after a preliminary injunction is issued by a judge.
A Justice Department spokesman told Fox News in a statement Friday that it is the latest example of a radical judge’s sacrifice in the American people who have tried to vote overwhelmingly for Trump. “The Justice Department has made an active defense of President Trump’s executive actions, including the Defending Women’s Executive Order, and will continue to do so. ”
In Washington, U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth issued the injunction last week after two inmates identified as Rachel and Ellen Doe in court documents, known as plaintiffs, and filed lawsuits against nearly a dozen other inmates against Trump’s executive order.

“They have been transferred and allegedly abused in the new facility can only strengthen their claims about irreparable harm,” Lamberth, a U.S. District Court judge appointed by Reagan, wrote in the injunction.
Court documents also claimed that since being transferred to a male prison, “they have no access to bras and women’s underwear” while being “sexually harassed” at the new facility.
The Prison Department did not respond in comment Friday.

Original litigation The two new prisoners, known as “prisoners, both trans women,” and if transferred to male facilities, litigation states and prisoners will face the risk of “sexual harassment, assault and rape.”

The first lawsuit against Trump’s “two-gender” executive order comes from transgender prisoners receiving taxpayer-funded medical treatment days after Trump signed the order in January.
That prisoneranonymously named Maria Moe, is represented by the advocacy group GLBTQ law advocate and defender, as well as the National Center for Lesbian Rights and Lowenstein Sandler LLP. The complaint says that after Trump signs the executive order, the postal service will be transferred to men’s prison facilities, and the BOP record turns gender from “female” to “male.”

At least 15 trans-inmates are now protected by orders to block or reverse transfer, the Associated Press reported.
Lambers has not ruled for lawsuits filed this month by three other inmates—transgender women in men’s jail and two transmen men in women’s jails—who challenged executive orders prohibit transgender medical treatment in prisons.
