“I am advocating and advocating jurisdiction over juveniles 14, 15, 16 and 17. They need to be brought to the criminal court so that we can prosecute them because if we do so we can prevent the murders of the third person here based on the history of these two people and the third person I can’t talk about,” Pirro said Friday.

But when asked about extending Pirro’s jurisdiction to include young offenders, the mayor declined to comment, simply saying: “We are here to talk about the 17-year-old being accused of adulthood because American lawyers have the power of a 17-year-old child.”
The mayor added that she agreed with Pirro’s consent that “cold-blooded murder” is a crime that can be charged with a 17-year-old as an adult.
