Caine’s reputation as an aggressive fighter pilot earned him the nickname “Razin Caine”.
Caine, who flew the F-16, also spent the CIA’s top military contact, a National Guard official and founder of Texas’ regional airline. He is a White House Fellow with the Department of Agriculture and a counter-terrorism expert with the White House Homeland Security Council.
Since 2018-19, he was Deputy Commander of the Joint Working Group on Special Operations – Operation Inherent Determined, and has been fighting the Islamic State since 2014.
