On Wednesday, Trump had imposed 25% tariffs on steel and aluminum imports, 25% tariffs on goods imported from Canada and Mexico, and 20% tariffs from China.
All cars imported into the U.S. will also be subject to 25% tariffs again later this week.

Trump added that if Putin does the right thing, his anger will “quickly disappear.”

This week, Trump is also expected to evaluate options for his “Golden Dome” missile defense program, according to the Department of Defense. Trump signed an executive order in January to establish the “next-generation missile defense shield for ballistics, hypersonics, advanced cruise missiles and other next-generation air attacks.” Trump earlier this month called the system the “Golden Dome”, the role of Israel’s air defense system, called the “Iron Dome.”

Trump’s 11th week in office has been a breakthrough step in executing orders and actions since January 20. Trump has signed only at least 106 execution orders, which is more than the number of execution orders his predecessor has executed in the first year since the Carter administration.
