“Thousands of young soldiers and others were killed. 2500 soldiers were brought from both sides every week and now it must end. I am very much looking forward to the death of the two sides with President Putin,” Trump wrote his social narrative of truth.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday that the two leaders will talk Ukrainian War However, according to the Associated Press, there are “a lot of problems” about the normalization of U.S.-Russia relations.

State Department spokesman Tammy Bruce said on Monday that the ball is now in the Russian court, accepting the U.S.-promoted ceasefire agreement agreed last week by Ukraine.
The U.S.-backed proposal, which includes an immediate ceasefire and guarantees to restore U.S. military aid and intelligence to Ukraine, was finalized in diplomatic talks held in Saudi Arabia last week.
“Ukraine said it was ready to accept the U.S. proposal to demand an immediate 30-day ceasefire to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The ball is now in Russian court.”

“I just had a long and productive call with Russian President Vladimir Putin. We talked about Ukraine, the Middle East, energy, artificial intelligence, the power of the dollar, and various other topics,” Trump said at the time.
“We both reflect on the great history of our country and the fact that we fought together so successfully in World War II, remembering that Russia lost tens of millions of people, and we, too, lost a lot!” Trump continued.

He also said: “Each of us talks about the strengths of the various countries and the great benefits of one day we will work together. But first, we both agree that we want to prevent millions of deaths in the war with Russia/Ukraine.”
