President Donald Trump Dr. Ben Carson told him during the 2016 Republican main cycle that he would win the election that year because God wants him, he said Monday.
“He’s a very tough opponent,” Trump said to the 2016 Republican primary. “We’re fighting, we’re actually 18 years old.” [sic] Candidates, including me. After the first debate, I was here. He said, “You know you’re going to win, don’t you?”

“I said, ‘No, I don’t know. I think I’ll win, but I don’t know.’ “I’ve never done it before. They have all done it. They are all talented people of the governor and senator. He said, ‘No, you want to win it because God wants you to win it. ‘Real? ”

Trump joked that this did not stop Carson from running because retired neurosurgeons were still in the main battle on Super Tuesday of the cycle.
“But that didn’t stop him… When will this guy quit?” Trump said, and the crowd laughed.
Carson led early Republican polls in some countries but failed to win any primary or preliminary meetings and withdrew on March 4, 2016. He continues to recognize Trump, who was proven to be right as his former Republican foe eventually won the presidency.
Carson leads the department Housing and Urban Development In Trump’s first semester.
“He’s a tough guy,” Trump said. “He’s a tough guy, but we love Ben Ben’s special.”
Trump also said on Monday that he wanted to bring back religion in the United States.
“As we all know, America is built on faith, and I have said it for a long time that our country seems to be getting weaker and weaker as faith becomes weaker and weaker.” Trump says. “Under the Trump administration, we are defending our rights and restoring our identity as a nation under God. We are a nation of one country and we will always be.”

“We have to bring back the religion of America to make it stronger than ever,” Trump said.
The speech coincided with the second meeting of the Commission on Religious Freedom, where Trump formed a group through executive order earlier this year as part of his new White House Office of Faith.
The Commission’s mission is to safeguard American capabilities Freely practice their religionespecially in public education, and identify what the government calls “emerging threats” to protect the First Amendment.
