President Donald Trump Welcome the Los Angeles Dodgers to celebrate their 2024 championship Monday, who touted Shohei Ohtani’s achievements.
Trump highly praised Japanese Dodgers Star He placed himself in his club during the 2024 regular season. He became the first batsman in Major League Baseball history to hit at least 50 home runs and steal at least 50 bases. The president turned around and shook hands, as if shocked.

“He looks like a movie star,” Trump said. “He has a bright future, I’ll tell you.”
Ohtani had 54 home runs, 59 stolen bases, hit .390 and drove 130 hits for the Dodgers in 159 games. His efforts were awarded the National League MVP. This is his first season with Los Angeles, after signing a 10-year, $700 million contract with the team during the offseason.
Trump mentioned that Ohtani won the championship with a 50-50 record in his 6-for-6 game. Some people call it “the greatest game ever,” he said. He had three home runs and 10 RBIs in the game.

“He’s good,” Trump jokingly asked manager David Roberts, who replied, “He’s just going to get better.
“And he’s getting better and better. It’s scary for a lot of people,” Trump said.
Later, Ohtani took a photo with Trump in the Oval Office and posed next to the Declaration of Independence.
Ohtani helped Dodgers Entering the NBA Western Conference Championship, he maintained a fierce blow in the playoffs. He played three home runs between the National League Division Series and the National League Championship Series.
He calmed down in the World Series, but the team still managed to beat the New York Yankees in five games. This is the Dodgers’ second championship since 2020.

Ohtani has three home runs in 11 games this season. He hit .268 with three RBIs and two stolen bases. He may also return to the mound and then tilt again.
