The Justice Department said in Charleston, South Carolina, a third defendant made a “blasphemy message” about Trump around the Tesla charging station and then burned the charging station with a Molotov cocktail.

The Justice Department said each defendant faces serious charges with a minimum sentence of five years and a maximum of 20 years.
“People who are caught in Tesla will likely be sentenced to jail for up to twenty years, including the discoverer,” Trump wrote in a truth social networking on Thursday.
Tesla’s vehicles and dealerships have suffered arson, vandalism and shooting in at least nine states, with some of the most prominent cases reported in left-leaning cities in the Pacific Northwest (such as Portland, Oregon and Seattle).
An Oregon man faces charges after allegedly throwing a few Molotov cocktails at a Tesla store in Salem before returning to the day and shooting the window. In the Portland suburb of Tigard, a dozen bullets were opened in Tesla’s showroom last week, damaging vehicles and windows, the store’s target for the week.

Earlier this month, four Seberaks caught fire in Seattle’s Tesla plot. Witnesses reported Friday that a man poured gasoline on an empty Tesla model and opened fire on Seattle Street.
In Las Vegas, several Tesla vehicles were placed outside the Tesla Service Center earlier Tuesday, outside the center, the word “resistance” also painted red in red on the front door of the building.
