“The innocence, privacy and security of young girls should never be debated,” Miller said in a written statement. “Any public schools that refuse to comply with President Trump’s only order to protect women are not entitled to taxpayer funds.”

It noted: “Clothes room facilities related to educational programs or activities may only be used by individuals of the same gender as determined solely based on the reproductive biology and genetics of each person at birth.”
It said: “Under Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972, it is illegal… For individuals of a gender (determined only based on reproductive biology and genetics), the use of locker rooms, and such rooms are actively using individuals of different genders related to educational programs or activities,” it said.
