President Donald Trump sends Palm Sunday news at the beginning Holy Week Update his government’s commitment to “defend the faith of our schools, military, workplaces, hospitals and government offices”.
“We will never waver in our rights to religious freedom, uphold the dignity of life and protect God in our public squares,” Trump wrote in a 2025 Holy Week presidential message released by whites.
“When we focus on Christ’s redemption sacrifice, we will focus on His love, humility and obedience, even in the most difficult and uncertain moments of life,” Trump said. “This week, we pray for the Holy Spirit pouring out of our beloved nation. We pray for America to become a beacon of faith, hope and freedom for the entire world, and we pray for the realization of a future that reflects the eternal kingdom of Christ in heaven.”

“May God bless you and your family during this special time of the year, and may He continue to bless the United States of America,” Trump wrote.

“This week is the time for Christians to commemorate Jesus’ crucified and prepare their hearts, minds and souls for his miraculous resurrection,” Trump wrote.
“In this holy week, we acknowledge that the glory of Easter Sunday cannot be without the sacrifices made by Jesus Christ on the cross,” the president said. “In his last few hours on earth, Christ was willing to endure the deep and lasting love of all His creation on the cross. Through His pain, we are redeemed. Through His death, we forgive our sins. Through His resurrection, we have hope for eternal life.”

“On Easter morning, the stones were rolled away, the graves were empty, and the light prevailed in the darkness, which showed that death had no last word,” Trump said.

Sunday’s Holy Week manifesto starts with a file of a series of rollouts and events expected before the newly formed White House Office of Faith organized Easter.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told Fox News Numbers that Trump fulfilled his promise to millions of Christians when he created the office. She forms a “sharp contrast” with the Biden administration, which marks Easter Sunday, which fell on March 31, 2024, the most important holiday on the Christian church calendar, such as Visibility of trans days.

Jennifer Korn, the White House Office of Faith Director, told Fox News Numbers that the administration is conducting “extraordinary” celebrations for Holy Week, “treating Easter season as it should.”

On Monday, Trump is expected to release Holy Week videos and will host Easter dinner Wednesday night. On Thursday, Holy Thursday, the president is expected to host an employee worship event at the White House, with Rev. Paula White, senior adviser to the White House Office of Faith, Rev. Franklin Graham, Rev. Greg Laurie and Rev. Jenterson Franklin, will participate in prayer, Bible, service, service and communication.
