The legislation often allows Trump’s executive orders to direct cabinet secretary and other executive office leaders to coordinate various government efficiency programs.

It will give Elon Musk and Doge Acting Chief Executive Amy Gleason has a more position to implement various cuts within the federal government, part of Trump’s plan to reduce federal waste.
“What did Elon do, he created an algorithm that works in the background, filtering all these different programs 24 hours a day (24 hours a day) to see the exceptions and how to exploit them, and then continue, ‘Hey, is this something to do the analysis? Is this something we need to see?” Mills said. “It’s really that – it’s about modernization and maximization.”

The legislation was co-sponsored by House Doge Caucus Aaron Bean (R-Fla.), with Mills being part of it.
Representative Byron Donalds, R-FLA. Barry Moore of R-Ala; Michael Rulli of R-Ohio is also helping lead the bill.

If passed, such a bill might help the shield Democratic efforts Block it from collecting federal government data.
Musk and Doge were recently ordered to revoke extensive records by U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan in response to lawsuits by more than a dozen Democratic attorneys generals.
