Chief of Kansas City Star Travis Kelce found the best moment to get his teammate Patrick Mahomes back to what he said at the start of Friday night in Brazil.
Mahomes and Kells On Thursday, meeting with media members in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on a press day before facing the Los Angeles Chargers to start their 2025 campaign, Mahomes answered questions about the team’s preparation to head to the South America race.
“We had a plan all summer and now we were ready to play football again,” Mahomes answered his question.

Kells was then asked about all the Chief fanatics he saw on St. Paul’s streets, and his answer made everyone in the room ck. He was imitating Mahomes’ voice.
“Oh man, this is crazy. It’s so fun to see all the fans out there,” Kells said with a smile.

“Calm down!” Mahomes said with a smile.
Kyles quickly returned to his voice and explained why he decided to poke some pokes on his teammates and best friends.

“He has a place to tell everyone I don’t know where Brazil is on the map,” Kells said. “It’s an exciting time. You can hang out around the guys and the team. It’s something we all remember.”
The NFL regular season was a real ordeal, and the two Chiefs knew it very well. That’s why being happy is always good, sometimes it means making a joke here and there.
However, Kansas City hopes to start with Brazil’s right foot with a tough AFC Western Conference opponent in the charger led by sophomore head coach Jim Harbaugh.

So despite teammates joking with each other, Kells and Mahomes knew it would take a job to be done Friday night to ensure the season against a strong opponent started 1-0.
