One week after confirmation He will come back for a 13th NFL period, Chiefs in Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce On Wednesday explained his decision to return.
Talking to Brother Jason Kelce in their “new height” podcast, the 10-hour Pro Bowler Kelce said he could have contributed to the trunks more than what he did last.
“I still feel like I play a high level and maybe at a higher level than I did last year,” Kelce said. “I don’t think this is my best outing. I think I let my men do so many times than I help them.”
Although Kansas City reaches Super Bowl for the third straight year of 2025, Kelce has not reached his usual high standards. He finished the regular season with the least acceptance of the yards (823), touchdowns (3) and yards each of his career, if he had just played a game.
In the postseason, Kelce just caught only one touchdown, his lowest total since 2018.
“Especially when you look at my track record and how many years. I want to give it a good run,” Kelce says about one of his enthusiasms. “I have a bad taste in my mouth with how I ended the year and how I’m going to progress and how boredom I’m for the people around me.”
Kelce also said that the loss of Philadelphia leaders in Philadelphia Eagles at Super Bowl 59 is the greatest reason to return, calling the loss of a “all time.”
In that game, Kelce has only four to earn 39 yards, his lowest total in his five Super Bowl appearance.
Kelce is a primary component of success in Kansas City in the last six seasons, resulting in five Super Bowl shows and three championships.
Kelce makes the NFL record for playoff players and 100-yard game, and the Super Bowl record for acceptances.
From 2016-2022, Kelce has seven straight 1,000-Yarte times, which is the highest Stra of 1,000-Yarte times for a strict end of NFL history. He also has the most 1,000-Yarte times for a stiff end.
Because of his individual success, the team’s success of the Chiefs’ and his Relationships with Pop Star Taylor SwiftKelce also achieved the offer from the football field. Last year, he hosted a game of Amazon Prime show and has a guest paper on a FX drama.
Kelce was signed by Kansas City for another time, although he refused to say “New Towns” when the coming year was his end to NFL.
“I feel there is a responsibility for me to play with the contract I first signed, to provide Kansas City and the principal organizations I have, and that’s what man says,” says Kelnah.
He later added: “I can’t say if it’s the last year because I still love what I do for the city of Kansas City and the main organization.”
