During a health check on January 3, 2023, the bodies of Richard, 72, and Rita Zajko, 69, were found dead at their home in Chester Heights Borough, Pennsylvania. The Delaware County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the death, which was a homicide on December 31, 2022.

More than a year later, the incident with the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) remains an “active investigation.”

Jack Lasota, 34, is reportedly the leader of the group and was recently detained in Maryland. They face multiple charges, including intrusion, obstruction, obstruction and possession of a pistol.
