Court documents show that the two service members began their gender transition 10 years ago and have since received several honorable acclaim during their tenure in the military. Both pilot competitions believe that if forced to resign, their long-term careers will be hit, affecting their livelihoods and families.
This is the third lawsuit against his trans military order by the Trump administration and at least 12 lawsuits against Trump’s “two-sex” order.
