Antonia and Johanna Bennett claimed in the lawsuit: “Danny has completely out of the control of Tony and his financial affairs through multiple trustees and other authoritative roles, and Danny abused Danny and continued to abuse and suffered abuse for his huge financial gain.”
Danny served as Tony’s personal and professional manager. In addition, he manages Benedetto Art Company and serves as the trustee of the Family Trust.

“Danny, along with his own for-profit company RPM Productions, has executed profitable business arrangements,” the lawsuit says. “Danny continues to act with these often-conflicting abilities (except Tony’s agent and personal manager, the position terminates at Tony’s Death)including information and beliefs to sustain personal financial interests. ”

Antonia and Johanna claimed that Danny used his authority to “enrich himself through selfish and conflicting transactions, excessive and unearned commissions, and earned a lot of loans and gifts to himself and his children.”
According to the documents, he allegedly transferred a large amount of assets to himself and his family before Tony’s death, which reduced Tony’s assets and assets to the family trust.

“Although Danny and his attorneys provided fragmentary information and provided some documents to the petitioner’s attorneys, the information provided raised more questions than answers and failed to provide accounting for Tony’s assets and financial matters,” the court documents said.
Tony passed away According to a post shared on the singer’s Instagram page, the post was 96 on July 21, 2023.
