Homan, who has been at the forefront of Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration and mass deportation, questioned why Boasberg wanted to see “terrorists” return to the United States.

He also argued that Trump has the “rights” to invoke the Alien Enemy Act authorities to arrest members of violent illegal immigrant gangs like Tren de Aragua and MS-13.
He said: “President Trump’s actions make this country safer…this is what American voters vote.
Homan said the flight landing in El Salvador was already in international waters when the ruling was issued.
