Minnesota Government Tim WalzDemocrats said Saturday that he mocked Tesla and its CEO Elon Musk in comments last week as the company recently declined in the stock market.
Walz tried to clarify his comments during a city hall in Rochester, Minnesota.
Walz refers to Musk saying, “This guy bothered me in ways that might be unhealthy.” “I have to be careful to be a smart person – I’m kidding. These people have no sense of humor. They are the most literal people.”
He continued: “But I mean, they were all angry and I said something I probably shouldn’t have with the company.”
