Three illegal immigrants are charged in connection with a fatal drunk driving crash on the highway on Saturday night Arlington, Texas.
According to the Arlington Police Department, 25-year-old Cesar Ramirez Castro drove a Ford 150 when he turned to the shoulder of the I-20 and hit the truck into a parked vehicle.
The vehicle then collided with the concrete barrier to burn.
A 22-year-old man was found dead in the car when the fire was put out.

Police charged Ramirez Castro with one count of intoxication and one count involving death.
