The recall is associated with male multivitamins produced by Utah-based company MTN OPS LLC. The recalled multivitamins for men with multiple V were 60 bottles, and a total of 7,546 bottles were affected.
According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website, the pills were recalled due to “undeclared soy flour.”
The FDA listed the recall as Level II on April 9, which is “a product that could have a potential for temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences or serious adverse health consequences.”

The due date for the recalled vitamins is March 2026, with lot number #012324177. There are no other batches of vitamins in the recall.
In addition to vitamin B-12, vitamin D and thiamine, multiple vitamins also contain essential vitamins such as calcium, zinc and vitamin C.
