Actors of the iconic 1980 movie “Breakfast Club” – Molly Ringwald, Ally Sheedy, Judd Nelson, Anthony Michael Hall and Emilio Estevez – This is the first time reunited in 40 years at a popular culture event in Chicago.

While the rest of the actors have been reunited in the past, this is the first time Estevez has joined them.
“We don’t have to use cardboard cuts anymore because he’s here,” Linwald added. “I really moved us together.”
Estevez, who plays star athlete Andrew Clark, admitted that joining the party was “finally what I felt I needed to do for myself.”

“It’s special, in Chicago, we did this movie,” he said. “It’s obviously the 40th anniversary and it feels like it’s time. That hurts my heart. It makes sense, so I’m here.”
At one point during the panel, Nelson, who plays the owed John Bender, said he doesn’t think everyone needs so long to be reunited. But this time, he, Estevez and Ringwald and Hall play the socially awkward Brian Johnson and Sheedy, who starred in the shy lonely Alison Reynolds.

“I always feel in a weird way that the work is half done and at some point we’ll all come back – because everyone has so many questions, ‘What will happen on Monday?’ This movie is about the fact that everyone has to make their own decisions.
