this Amazon Big Spring Sales Here, like last year, the discount seems to focus more on kitchens, fashion and decor. The last two categories don’t really apply to what we cover on Engadget. But cooking gear is becoming more and more robust, and the intersection of food and technology is where we feel very comfortable.   • Cosori 9-inch 1-inch Air Frying $90 ($30 off): Cosori’s Fryer won the Best Overall Aerial Fried Beer Championship in our guide. It has nine preset cooking modes and a six-quart capacity. We like that it doesn’t take up too much space, but it can still cook a lot of food

  • Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro costs $320 ($80 off): If you want a more traditional oven design with huge capacity, choose our premium air fryer. The combination of fryer and fuel can hold a five-quart Dutch oven, so it’s almost an auxiliary oven that may come in handy when you’re cooking for the crowd.

  • Breville costs $280 ($70 off) Smart Oven Air Fryer: This is a non-Pro version of Breville Air Fryer recommend. It has a slightly smaller capacity (0.8 cubic feet, not one cubic feet) and lacks two cooking features (dehydration and proof).   • Instant Pot Duo Plus 9-in-1 electric cooker for $90 $40 off): We love this Instant Pot model because it is easy to use and has a variety of quick cooking modes including beans, cakes, flavors and more. Prices were as low as $70 earlier this year, but that was still a 30% discount.

  • Instant Pot Pro Plus 9-inch 1 Voltage Cooker for $140 ($60 off): We also recommend in our guide Kitchen technology. This is a Wi-Fi-connected unit with canned functionality, and you can even remotely release Steam using the Companion App (with over 800 recipes). This matches the lowest prices we saw earlier this year, but still exceeds its all-time lowest.

  • Ninja AF150AMZ AIR FRYER, priced at $120 (25% off): Prices last year were as low as $100, but that matched the lowest prices we’ve seen since. Fryer received honors in our Air Fryer guide for making good use of limited counter space and its design is higher. The round cooking basket is not as spacious as a square basket, but it does have dehydration options that other cookware does not bring.

  • ANOVA Cooking Sous Video 3.0 is priced at $129 ($70 off): We named it The best overall sous video After testing many models of our buyer’s guide, the machine. That’s about $30 more than the low price last year’s holiday, but it’s the lowest price we’ve seen in 2025. We appreciate simple digital controls and find that high flows keep water temperature better than other machines. This is not an all-time low, but matches the cheapest price we have seen since selling for $50 since 2023.
