An 18-year-old Texas tech student was arrested and expelled for being videotaped for the U.S. turnaround founder founder on a vigil with disturbing comments Charlie Kirkofficials said.
Shocking video shows Camryn Giselle Booker yelling at students gathered near the university’s student union building on Friday, a vigil of conservative activists allegedly shouting: “fk y’all hall holdie died and he was shot.”
Booker was arrested and charged with one assault charge, classified as a Class C misdemeanor in Texas – the lowest level of criminal offense, was the spokesperson for the offense Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office Telled Fox News on Monday.
“The Texas Tech Police Department arrested a student for a simple assault that took place on the west side of the Student Union Building (Free Speech Zone),” the Texas Tech Police Department said in a statement. “The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.”

Texas Tech also confirmed on Monday that Booker will no longer be admitted, Fox member, Fox 4 News.
“Any act that devalues victims of violence is reprehensible, has no place on our campus, and does not align with our values,” Texas Tech said in a statement. “Federal law prevents Texas Tech’s comments on matters of personal conduct. We take all reported violations seriously and resolve them in accordance with university policies and laws.”

In the video, Booker appears to yell at the student and then mocks a man wearing a red “Make America Great Again” hat. He threw the camera at her and said, “Evil is real, people, it looks like that.”
When he asked Booker why he wanted to hate, she turned on him and fired at him: “Why are you so hateful?” several times.

Then, the video shows the man asking Booker to back up from him, and she replied, “Can you put your camera on my face?”
The man replied, “You go to me. …I don’t want this. I say rest. Just stay alone. I want to be alone.”
Tensions escalate further when someone outside the camera accused Booker of being overly emotional.

“I’m not emotional, ma’am,” Booker said. “Don’t tell me what I am, I’m not. You can get rid of my face because I can tell you what you are, but you won’t like it.”
Booker then added: “You call me aggressive because I’m a black woman.”

Texas Governor Greg Abbott Sunday’s incident praised a photo of Booker being arrested on X with the caption: “This is what happened to mocking Charlie Kirk’s assassination of that man at Texas Tech.”
A spokesman for the Boulbock County Sheriff’s Office told Fox News Numbers Booker issued a $200 margin and was released from prison Saturday afternoon.
Booker’s representative declined to comment.
