Taylor Swift In the ongoing legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.
The popular superstar could be ousted in Lively’s sexual assault lawsuit against Baldoni, but only if she was “forced.”
The “bad blood” singer “disagrees” according to a letter to Judge Lewis Leman of Fox News Digital on September 12. The letter also states that her team “has always stuck with my clients [Swift] There is no material effect in this action. ”
The letter said that if the singer is “forced to fall into deposition”, she will earn time in the week on October 20 if the parties can resolve their dispute.

“We have no role in these disputes,” the letter said.
Baldoni’s legal team submitted a letter on September 11 saying Swift had agreed to sit down for deposition between October 20 and October 25. Diversity.
