this Supreme Court The Trump administration continues its path to immigration attacks in California after local leaders and advocacy groups argue that federal authorities are stopping illegal immigration without valid reasons.
The Supreme Court’s 6-3 ruling is defined along the ideology and is temporary, while the case takes place in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
It was after a federal judge blocked immigration and customs enforcement raids in Los Angeles County in July and found that the plaintiff might succeed in saying the raid violated the Fourth Amendment. The Ninth Circuit upheld the order, causing the Trump administration to turn to the Supreme Court.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor objected, calling the emergency order for the attack “disturbing” because most people did not give any explanation for the move, which she said was “incredible” with the constitution.

“We don’t have to live in a country where the government can grab any seemingly Latino, speak Spanish and seem to be working in low-wage jobs,” Sotomayor wrote.
