First on Fox: A new study questioned Israel committed genocide Following the October 7, 2023 massacre in the Gaza Strip, allegations of starvation, unselected bombing and intentional civilian killing lack verifiable evidence.

Report Researchers at the seminal Sadat Center for Strategic Research at Bar-Ilan University, “Debunking the genocide accusations: Re-examination of the Israeli-Hamas War” (2023-2025), argue that the narrative of genocide is driven by false data, non-hazardous data, non-hazardous sources and easy manipulation of humanitarian systems.

A key element of the genocide allegations is the claim that Israel’s intentionally hungry Gaza population. The study argues that “the hunger claims before March 2, 2025 are based on false data, recycled citations and failure to strictly review the source.” UN officials and rights groups insist that 500 trucks are needed per day to prevent famine, but pre-war United Nations data showed that Gaza averaged 292 per day, 73 of which were carrying food.

“It’s totally enough to meet the demand,” Danny Orbach told Fox News Digital.

The study shows that Israel regularly exceeds the food supply needed during the war, with an average of 100 trucks a day through March 2025. In a ceasefire deal, the number climbed to about 600 per day.

“That idea Hamas fails to capture aid “In every conflict, armed groups use most of the humanitarian supplies. We have documents and testimony to prove Hamas do so,” Auerbach said.

The report believes that the genocide allegations spread through what Auerbach called the “countdown information channel.” Journalists and aid workers in Gaza often depend on translators and fixed people associated with HAMAS, whose accounts are filtered into UN reports, mainstream media and online platforms.

Auerbach said: “The average Westerner has seen dozens of reports of Israeli crimes and thought they had to be true.

The second factor is “humanitarian bias” – the tendency to exaggerate the conditions to prompt action. “The organization warns before the famine occurs and relies on suspicious facts to change reality. Questioning becomes immoral,” Auerbach said.

The allegations of genocide also depend on Israel’s intentional arguments against civilians, but the study acknowledged civilian deaths without finding evidence of a systematic massacre policy.

Orbach, citing data from the BBC, showed that between May 2024 and January 2025, 550 people were killed in designated safe areas, even though half of Gaza’s population was concentrated for most of the period, only 2.1% to 3.5%.

“This shows that the region is relatively safe, although Hamas uses them to launch rockets,” Auerbach said.

The report notes that context is crucial, noting that Hamas deliberately positioned himself in civilian areas, using human shields and Evacuation blockage Increase civilian casualties and international condemnation of Israel.

“Hamas deliberately exposed his people to danger, so Israel will be blamed,” Auerbach said.

Although critics accused the Israeli Air Force of wanton bombing, studies have found that while civilian casualties are inevitable, strikes are usually targeted at military targets.

“The Israel Defense Forces are the first military to be sent out in history Key warningprovide large-scale assistance to enemy territory and sacrifice surprises to protect civilians. “You can’t fight the enemy embedded in a 500-kilometer tunnel, once a civilian, without mass destruction. ”

The study focused specifically on casualties published by Hamas-Gaza Ministry of Health, claiming they were manipulated to create a misleading impression of the demographics of the deceased. It proposes an alternative statistical model that suggests that combatant deaths may have been underestimated, thus distorting the civilian-to-fight ratio.

The report said genocide requires systematic intentions to destroy a people, which is lacking in Gaza. “You don’t see the signs of genocide here,” Auerbach said. “There is no movement to rape, frontal lobe massacre or closed execution. In other conflicts middle EastIn just a few hours of battle, dozens of atrocities occurred. ”

Orbach and his other authors concluded that allegations of genocide against Israel rely on politicized narratives, selective data and exploitation of humanitarian discourse.

“It is ridiculous to analyze sabotage or civilian death without understanding the Hamas tactics,” he said.
