ESPN host Stephen A. Smith responded to a MSNBC column criticizing him on Saturday, calling him a supporter of President Donald Trump. Smith defends himself, saying he will talk to anyone, Republican, Democrat or Independent who may resonate with voters on key issues.
“Let me express to you my opinion on what he wrote. I think it’s the exact question on the left,” He said. “If I disagree with you, I must be Marg, that must be the case. I am promoting it on the platform, is that true? I don’t see it.”

Smith also noted that Michael Cohen, a large Trump critic and presidential lawyer, is performing.
