After a series of posts on X Charlie Kirk Assassination.
Kirk was assassinated on Wednesday Utah Valley UniversityGerald Bourget advised him to “refuse to mourn” his death.
“‘Political Difference’ is not the same as making hateful remarks every day, and refusing to mourn life dedicated to this reason is not the same as celebrating gun violence. So we are 100% clear about this,” Bourget said.

Bilger also said Kirk’s killing was “the ironic holy grail” referring to Kirk’s position on the Second Amendment. He also called Kirk “parabe” and he “spreads genocide propaganda.”
“If you’re sad about the political violence today, shocked by the video, or shocked yourself by my response, ask yourself why you responded differently in school shootings, mass deportations or hundreds of videos of horror murders in Gaza (Kirk laughed).

Police confirmed on Friday The suspect Kirk was killed was arrested. He was identified as Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old Utah resident. Utah Gov. Spencer Cox said a family member of Robinson contacted a family friend who then reached out to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, “There is information that Robinson admitted to them or suggests that he had committed the incident.”
