South Carolina arrests 3 young men for allegedly starting wildfire after failing to extinguish cigarettes

South Carolina Officials said three young men were arrested after allegedly failing to “put out their cigarettes in a proper and safe way.”

As of Wednesday morning, the table rock fire near Pickens had grown to 15,000 acres. Nyzaire Jah-Neiz Marsh, 19, of Taylors, and Tristan Tyler and Isaac Wilson, 18, of Greenville, both face one charge of negligence that allowed the fire to spread to another person’s land or property.
