Flagship Quality When Sony’s Wireless Earbuds Emerge WF-1000XM5 Probably the first product to jump out. However, the company is also good at building budget models, converging functions and technologies to provide users with less capital value. When was that claim WF-C700N arrives in 2023offers effective noise cancellation (ANC), solid battery life and other features for $120. Now, Sony is back to those earbuds successors, WF-C710NThis includes many improvements, but keeps the price the same.
First, Sony says it improves ANC performance by using a dual microphone on each earbud on the C710N. There is only one on each side of the C700N. This time the company also uses AI to reduce noise to improve call quality. Externally, Sony replaced the physical buttons of the onboard controls with a touch panel and added wear detection for added convenience.
You can also expect a longer battery life for the C710N. At 8.5 hours when ANC is enabled, it is one hour longer than the C700N. With the ANC OFF, your expectations are two hours higher than the previous model. Additionally, the total battery life, including the case, doubles, delivering noise effects up to 30 hours (up to 40 hours, ANC OFF). Sony also improves the fast charging feature, giving you an hour of playback time instead of the first 10 minutes of windows.
The WF-C710N is available today in black, white, pink and clear glass blue for $120. I guess Sony’s confusing product name is not exactly Go away after all.
