She served 13 years in prison for voluntary homicide before she was released in 2013, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Hayworth said her 13 years in prison did not have enough time to kill her son.
“I think, how can someone take someone’s life away, only a few years later, and then be relaxed and fulfilled your life, my son will Never had that,” Hayworth said.

“At present, Olejniczak’s whereabouts are unknown. Out of caution, the Sheriff’s Office has issued a warning to authorities on both sides of the border,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
