Mexican authorities have seized Olejniczak Marodi on Sunday since the death of Rebecca Marodi on February 17.

The surveillance video captures Yolanda leaving the couple’s home before Rebecca’s mother arrives. Rebecca was found injured in neck, chest and back, which authorities said was consistent with the stabbing.

Yolanda was previously due to her then-husband James Joseph Olejniczak Jr. Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in California.
Investigators are still working to gather more information to determine the circumstances and motivations behind Captain Marodi’s death.
“This intimate partner homicide is a reminder that there are some resources to provide for those who are worried about safety,” Stephen said.
The on-site meeting and bail review hearing is scheduled to be held on April 28 and the preliminary hearing is currently scheduled to be held on June 24.
