“Without their incredible sacrifice and commitment to performing missions at the highest level, the dangerous MS-13 gang member allegedly massacred an innocent man earlier in the day, still the entire community, posing a potential threat to every Houstonian he encountered.”

Perez-Miranda entered the U.S. illegally at least seven times and was deported from the country in August 2021, Ice said. Bing noted that he moved to El Salvador in September 2009, August 2014, July 2016, July 2016, March 2019, March 2019 and March 2023.

“It’s not a community targeted,” Homan said. “We have specific targets to look for. We know exactly what we’re looking for and the crimes they’re committing in this operation.”

ICE confirmed the arrested person’s allegations and convictions including criminal sexual acts, homicide, theft, negligent homicide, child sexual abuse, moral waistline, weapon crime and drug crime.
